ABOUT OUR CLUB

We are a small, friendly club where we practice in a non-competitive way, focusing on body movement, contact between partners and correct technique.

Most important of all is the emphasis on looking after our partner and making sure they don't get injured.

By learning how to throw and be thrown we also learn how to protect ourselves and, hopefully, progress through the grades from beginner to black belt.

All gradings are done at national courses throughout the year under the guidance of Nationally and Internationally recognised instructors from a wide range of countries.
